Submit IdeaMicrosoft Outlook mail and calendar support
I’d really like full Microsoft integration with outlook, email and calendar. If I’m in a conversation that requires a follow up email I’d like for that email to be drafted based on the conversation any appointments or reminders to be added to my Outlook tasks.

Stop prompting upgrade to Pro Account
I have only had my device for a short time. Even so, I am getting really irritated by the constant pressure to upgrade to a pro account. I do not need nor can I justify the cost of this option. Indeed, my main reason for buying a Pocket rather than one of a myriad of competing products is the claim that it offers free minutes forever. I have seen the upgrade options. Please provide a toggle or some mechanism so that I can turn this advertising off. Otherwise I think you will antagonise many more customers and not just me.

Lifetime Pocket Pro subscription
Can we get an option to buy a lifetime subscription at a deal to pocket pro as early adopters? I see value in the upgrade but hate having subscription fees. Many other products I have used had the lifetime option and got all the features on their device and devices they upgraded to later. Let’s go for premium so we can refer even more to the service and device!!

Plans for MacOS, Windows, or Linux (Web) apps?
The ability to access and work with the cloud data on other non-mobile devices would be a great option for those who wish to use full size displays and keyboards when possible. V1 at https://community.heypocket.com/t/pocket-web-is-live-beta-and-happy-halloween/692/4 -- Pocket Team

Ability to export PDF summary without Pocket AI branding
I want to be able to export PDF without branding. I’m not trying to advertise pocket, it’s unprofessional to show this branding. As a paying Pro user I should have the right to export a bare PDF without branding.

Voice pattern matching or memory on prior assigned/named speakers to auto update on future recordings/transcripts
Would love to have some semblance of historical memory on voice matching that once i assigned a named speaker there is matching and memory to auto apply that on future recordings so it reduces the amount of times speakers need to be named/identified over time. I realize this could have some error rate but any reduction in having to identify speakers across many meetings or conversations would be helpful.

Export Mind Map
I was surprised that Mind Maps don't seem to be exportable as OPML files for editing on desktop. That would really make them much more usable.

Add Personal Context - Profile Info for AI to have access to
adding additional context like job title, key people, company info or department structure can help the AI better interpret and summarize transcriptions with greater contextual accuracy. Similar to adding to profile memory in ChatGPT. Granola and other AI notetaking summary apps have this as a core feature.

Adding context pre-summation
I recently reviewed the summary for an audio transcript of a rather emotionally charged encounter. I found that the summary had gotten many details of the scenario incorrect because it lacked valuable context/background for the statements made. To fix this, I edited the transcript and provided extra speaker segments at position 0:00. I labeled the segments with … tags, providing additional information for the LLM to use when creating the summary. (See attached image.) This worked perfectly, and has the added bonus of keeping these notes and context with the transcript for exporting/copying. Instead of labeling, I might try just adding a new speaker named “Context” to see if that is sufficient. Anyhow, building this into the UI could be helpful for others, if the idea is worthwhile. Meanwhile, this “hack” works fine for me. – Rich

Having the ability to delete an accidental recording while its being summarized
Today I accidentally recorded a 2-hour long convo and tried to delete and Pocket would not let me until it finished summarizing.

Stops recording mid meeting, loses entire file
This is not my first feedback regarding this issue. I was hoping the update would have fixed it, but it did not. I occasionally start recording a meeting, the light turns yellow, the device vibrates, and even the app on my phone indicates that the recording has started. Then, after 15, 30, 45 minutes, at random, I will look over at the device to see that the blue light is back on. Without touching the device, it simply stops recording, and the portion of the meeting where the light was yellow is simply gone. No record of the recording at all in the device or the app. At first, I thought it was just a fluke, but it is becoming a real problem. I am now up to about 1 out of every 7 recordings that will just disappear. I can no longer trust the device and have started using a backup recording device for super important meetings. Even in regular meetings, I am now checking the device nearly every 5 minutes to ensure it's still working. I submitted feedback a few weeks ago, hoping to hear from someone that an "update is on the way to fix your issue", but I have heard nothing back. I was super impressed with the dev team and their responsiveness prior to my purchase, but now that they have my money and I have an issue... nothing... I don't know if it's a hardware or software issue, but if I can't trust this device its of no use to me. I truly hope someone from the dev team sees this and chooses to do something about it, because I truly liked the device and used it multiple times every day.

Send action items to task manager instead of calendar
Not everyone manages all of their action items in their calendar. I would prefer to be able to send my action items to the task manager I use (todoist, but others may want others, and almost all task managers have API capability to receive tasks) so that actions fit into my already established workflow and aren't lost in summaries inside Pocket. I don't think it is worth Pocket trying to replicate all of the functionality of a fully fledged task management app, but it does make sense to make sure action items aren't lost. Ideally, once sent to the task manager, there would be a link inside the conversation/mind map to the item in the receiving app.

Listen to audio on device
In reading through the community chat, it appears there is no way to listen to the audio files on the device itself. I have a similar device I can do this with and it's very helpful as I may record several different things each day one right after the other without stopping to name the files. During my review time, I like to listen to the beginning of the conversation to see if I even need to keep the file (and have it transcribed, summarized and mind-mapped) and then transfer it to my iPhone or Mac.

Dark Mode for Pocket App
Why This Matters, I love what Pocket is doing, it’s a brilliant tool that’s become part of my workflow. But after using it for a few hours, especially at night or in low-light environments, the bright white interface can be tough on the eyes. For people like me who deal with photo sensitivity or light-triggered eye strain, a Dark Mode isn’t just a preference, it’s a necessity. It allows us to stay productive, focused, and comfortable without having to step away because of light fatigue. Why It’s Worth Adding • Dark mode improves accessibility for users with light sensitivity. • It reduces glare and blue light strain, especially during long sessions. • It matches the user experience expectations set by most modern productivity tools today. • It would make the Pocket app more inclusive while appealing to design-conscious and night-owl users alike. The Ask Let’s get Dark Mode on the roadmap! It’s one of those “quality-of-life” upgrades that everyone benefits from, plus, it’s Sexy, whether you’re working late, presenting in a dim setting, or just prefer a calmer interface. If you’d like to see this happen too, upvote this suggestion so the dev team can prioritize it sooner. Every click helps push this closer to implementation. Let’s make the Pocket app easier on the eyes. Thank you 🙏
