Most of my meetings are virtual and I'm wearing a headset. This makes pocket way less useful for me as it's unable to record meetings that are not happening live or if it cannot hear the other people speak. A pocket app that can listen in on meetings or be able to import transcripts would be awesome

Can we get an option to buy a lifetime subscription at a deal to pocket pro as early adopters? I see value in the upgrade but hate having subscription fees. Many other products I have used had the lifetime option and got all the features on their device and devices they upgraded to later. Let’s go for premium so we can refer even more to the service and device!!

It’s possible to bump the record button or even click to record and then change your mind and cancel before any content is recorded. The system still processes and saves this. It would be good to have a setting that automatically deletes this if no content was recorded or a recording is less than “0” seconds long. For future hardware, it might be good to have a toggle lock to avoided accidental button presses.

The transcript has timestamps in the Sources tab for when each portion was said in the recording, but when you export the transcript, it doesn't have timestamps. I would like the exported transcript to have those timestamps as well.

The recordings and summaries from various devices would flow into a unified thread for one account - this will be useful for small owner-operated enterprises so that, for example, engagements from the front desk, the customer service hotline and the customer service agents are recorded by different staff and then transcribed in unified form for central management. It will also support use-cases where individuals use multiple devices for different settings across an enterprise they operate in, e.g. during parallel engagements, or for calls during in-person engagements where both need recording.

Right now, when you sync, there's a button you click to generate a summary and a pop-up happens asking you to choose a template. I feel like here it should also have you label the speakers, so that when it's summarizing it will summarize with names instead of "speaker 3". In order to change it from "speaker 3" to "john" you have to go into the transcript and tap on them. It would make a lot more sense to be able to access the speaker labeling functions quicker and easier.

When Pocket is toggled to call, it will automatically record calls without pushing "Record" manually

It never feels secure on the back of my iPhone 16 Pro. It's always sliding and moving around on the back and can attach at the wrong place where it doesn't even get the full magnet grip. It's fallen off several times. I have quite a few MagSafe and this is by far the weakest connection. It also doesn't help that it's aluminum against glass.

The ability to 2-way synchronize the Actionable tasks to a list in Microsoft To dos would be huge. 1 way sync would still be a big win. That is what I use for my productivity system, and to have actions placed there’s with a link in the description to the conversation they from would be a game changer. This could be done by syncing with the general “Tasks” list. Added ability to pick the list, or a list that is called Pocket Actionable that gets created and tasks pushed to - all would be great options.

I would like to see an integration to send transcript and audio file and summary and tasks directly to a linked one note. This allows for integration with existing note taking and combine everything in one place.

The Problem: Currently, the "Action Items" list in Pocket is a one-way street—it only shows what the AI caught in its first pass. If I’m reviewing a call and realize a task was missed, or if I derive a new to-do while talking to the Recording Chat, I have no way to add it to the official list. This makes my "Google Tasks" export incomplete, forcing me to manually fix my task manager later. The Solution: I’d like the ability to manually add a to-do to the list and "promote" a task directly from the Recording Chat into the main Action Items. The Impact: By allowing me to build a 100% complete to-do list within Pocket, you turn the "Google Tasks" export into a seamless, one-click workflow. It saves me from jumping between apps and ensures no critical follow-up ever falls through the cracks.

I bought my Pocket because I'm always on the go, and pulling out my phone to record or make notes of my ideas isn't an option; I just forget. I would love it if my Pocket device had a hole to attach tags or cords to hold it to other essentials, other than my MagSafe phone, which I feel could detach easily for people who are always moving. I understand if changing the actual physical design for Pocket is a lot to ask. My other solution would be having a case or custom sleeve that I can attach to my lanyard. I'd love to keep my Pocket separate from my phone, because that's the principal reason I bought it, but right now I have no other solution than to hold it in my hand.

It would be helpful to be able locate it if misplaced, or to be notified if you leave the device behind. Find My app for iPhone would be really helpful for all Apple Users.

It would be really awesome if we could configure an access point for pocket to connect to (e.g., your home’s wireless router) for auto syncing to pocket cloud instead of directly to your phone via the app. This would be significantly easier, faster, and additionally an option to have it always sync or on while charging would be incredible! Yeah, battery life would probably take a hit but worth it in my opinion. I saw other idea posts here but they seemed to just be talking about connecting the device to the mobile app via WiFi and NOT the pocket device itself connecting to an access point. Unless I’m missing some aspect of security or hardware limitations, this seems like it would benefit a lot of pocket users who aren’t around their phone all day.

So many times I have started a recording only to forget to stop it, resulting in countless hours of wasted recording, battery, worthless and unusable files, and having to fiddle with the impossible to press delete button in the app UI. Please provide a setting to allow recordings to be automatically stopped after a certain amount of time (ie one hour), or at least an option for the device to stop recording after X minutes of silence.
