Can we get an option to buy a lifetime subscription at a deal to pocket pro as early adopters? I see value in the upgrade but hate having subscription fees. Many other products I have used had the lifetime option and got all the features on their device and devices they upgraded to later. Let’s go for premium so we can refer even more to the service and device!!

Instead of the long list of past recordings/summaries, it would be great to toggle a calendar view so I can just pick the date that I am looking for vs scrolling through the long list.

Pleas provide a formal, publicly stated GDPR compliance framework and Data Processing Agreement to make Pocket easier to use for business purposes in the European Union.

Right now, when you sync, there's a button you click to generate a summary and a pop-up happens asking you to choose a template. I feel like here it should also have you label the speakers, so that when it's summarizing it will summarize with names instead of "speaker 3". In order to change it from "speaker 3" to "john" you have to go into the transcript and tap on them. It would make a lot more sense to be able to access the speaker labeling functions quicker and easier.

It would be helpful to be able locate it if misplaced, or to be notified if you leave the device behind. Find My app for iPhone would be really helpful for all Apple Users.

Most of my meetings are virtual and I'm wearing a headset. This makes pocket way less useful for me as it's unable to record meetings that are not happening live or if it cannot hear the other people speak. A pocket app that can listen in on meetings or be able to import transcripts would be awesome

Would be useful to be able to use pocket as a tool to ask questions about various topics using connected model via phone speakers during a meeting, activated by “Hey Pocket”

I regularly forget to stop recording after my meeting, and end up with lots of extra silence recorded at the end. It would be great if a notification would pop up on the phone asking/saying “it’s been quiet for a while.. continue recording?”, or something like that

Would be nice if the desktop app ended after the meeting was over. Most notetakers end after a zoom call or google meet is finished.

It’s possible to bump the record button or even click to record and then change your mind and cancel before any content is recorded. The system still processes and saves this. It would be good to have a setting that automatically deletes this if no content was recorded or a recording is less than “0” seconds long. For future hardware, it might be good to have a toggle lock to avoided accidental button presses.

When Pocket is toggled to call, it will automatically record calls without pushing "Record" manually

It never feels secure on the back of my iPhone 16 Pro. It's always sliding and moving around on the back and can attach at the wrong place where it doesn't even get the full magnet grip. It's fallen off several times. I have quite a few MagSafe and this is by far the weakest connection. It also doesn't help that it's aluminum against glass.

Uncertain whether the Pocket device hardware supports this, but a few feature ideas: • Receive notifications when driving past a store that carries an item from the shopping list. This works similarly to a feature in the AnyList app currently in use. When arriving at a Client site: • Automatically surface relevant notes from the last meeting, recent emails, and phone calls for a quick pre-meeting refresher. • Optionally, auto-tag the Client and have a note-taking template ready for recording meeting details.

When working on a specific project or topic would have the ability to have a master file specific to that topic. For example “Buying my new house” for all conversations and meetings I have regarding buying a house, I would have the ability to click this master topic I created manually and place the recording under that topic so that the AI knows it’s exactly related to the master topic. Another example, when working on a software upgrade at my job, ability to create a master topic for “software upgrade at my job” and simply click into it before meetings specific to this topic. (Or alternatively manually tagging them to fall under this topic after completion).

The ability to 2-way synchronize the Actionable tasks to a list in Microsoft To dos would be huge. 1 way sync would still be a big win. That is what I use for my productivity system, and to have actions placed there’s with a link in the description to the conversation they from would be a game changer. This could be done by syncing with the general “Tasks” list. Added ability to pick the list, or a list that is called Pocket Actionable that gets created and tasks pushed to - all would be great options.
