Submit IdeaSpeaker Recognition, Transcript Editing, Bulk Organization, and Scalable Workflow Management Improvements
I’ve been heavily using Pocket Record Conversations inside operational workflows, meetings, strategy sessions, assessments, and execution tracking, and honestly it’s become one of my favorite tools for capturing organizational memory and conversations in real time. There are a few friction points I’ve run into around speaker identification and transcript organization, but they honestly feel less like complaints and more like opportunities for future evolution because the platform already has so much potential. One of the biggest workflow challenges right now is speaker attribution in larger meetings and recurring team conversations. The biggest underlying issue is that multiple real people can accidentally get grouped under a single speaker identity, which makes transcript cleanup extremely manual and difficult at scale. Right now, the workflow is mostly: • Rename one speaker globally or • Manually correct transcript sections one at a time The problem is that “rename all” can unintentionally relabel multiple actual people because they were initially merged together under the same speaker label. Once that happens, there’s currently no efficient way to split those speakers back apart across the transcript on either mobile or desktop. This becomes especially difficult in long operational meetings where speaker accuracy matters and recurring voices should ideally become more identifiable over time. A few things that would make a huge difference: • Better recurring voice recognition and speaker fingerprinting • True post-transcription speaker splitting • Ability to isolate and reassign selected transcript ranges without affecting unrelated sections • Better speaker reassignment workflows across both desktop and mobile • Speaker learning/profiles for recurring teams • Confidence indicators where attribution may be uncertain • Dedicated transcript review/validation mode Another area that feels like a major opportunity for growth is the organizational and file management side of the platform. As conversation volume scales, organization becomes just as important as transcription itself. I’d love to see deeper file and folder organization capabilities evolve, especially for users managing large numbers of operational conversations, recurring meetings, assessments, and cross functional workflows. Things that would make a huge difference there: • Nested folder structures/deeper file hierarchy • Bulk tagging and categorization tools • Multi-select organization workflows • Easier grouping of related conversations and recurring meeting threads • Better filtering/search across tags, speakers, projects, or teams • Ability to organize identified speakers or recurring groups more efficiently • Faster bulk management for large transcript libraries The platform already has really strong foundational functionality. It mostly feels like the next evolution is making large scale workflow management, transcript organization, operational retrieval, and institutional memory more scalable and intelligent. Really impressive product overall and excited to see where the platform evolves next. Curious what features or workflow improvements other people would love to see too.

Listen to meetings that are via headset
Most of my meetings are virtual and I'm wearing a headset. This makes pocket way less useful for me as it's unable to record meetings that are not happening live or if it cannot hear the other people speak. A pocket app that can listen in on meetings or be able to import transcripts would be awesome

attach to my chatGPT account
I pay a monthly fee for chatGPT access ... and it would be useful if this device could attach to it for reference purposes and then it would allow me to ask questions across my content stored in that account as well.

Sync Over WiFi (Pocket Device -> Your WiFi Router)
It would be really awesome if we could configure an access point for pocket to connect to (e.g., your home’s wireless router) for auto syncing to pocket cloud instead of directly to your phone via the app. This would be significantly easier, faster, and additionally an option to have it always sync or on while charging would be incredible! Yeah, battery life would probably take a hit but worth it in my opinion. I saw other idea posts here but they seemed to just be talking about connecting the device to the mobile app via WiFi and NOT the pocket device itself connecting to an access point. Unless I’m missing some aspect of security or hardware limitations, this seems like it would benefit a lot of pocket users who aren’t around their phone all day.

Label speakers BEFORE summarizing or Add an easier way to label
Right now, when you sync, there's a button you click to generate a summary and a pop-up happens asking you to choose a template. I feel like here it should also have you label the speakers, so that when it's summarizing it will summarize with names instead of "speaker 3". In order to change it from "speaker 3" to "john" you have to go into the transcript and tap on them. It would make a lot more sense to be able to access the speaker labeling functions quicker and easier.

Lifetime Pocket Pro subscription
Can we get an option to buy a lifetime subscription at a deal to pocket pro as early adopters? I see value in the upgrade but hate having subscription fees. Many other products I have used had the lifetime option and got all the features on their device and devices they upgraded to later. Let’s go for premium so we can refer even more to the service and device!!

Wi-fi (wifi) Auto Connect
I'd like to see the ability to auto-connect to the wifi when transferring files from the device to my iPhone. Not sure why I have to "approve" this each time just to sync.

Recording is USB-C cable
Sometimes I am on a call wearing headphones connected to my computer and it is not always feasible to play audio through my speakers. We often have multiple people on a call within our cubicle area so there is a lot of background noise, and our policy is to wear headphones to avoid chaos of everybody utilizing their loudspeakers. It would be great to plug in the Pocket provided USB – C cable from Pocket to the computer and be able to record meetings this way.

Add random action thought
We all have thoughts in day and will do it later but as I have cognitive impairment I have to do tasks straight away or record it somehow to remind me later. I thought I had this option last week but since last update this has gone

Integration with Apple Ecosystem
I'm sure that a high proportion of your users have iPhones. An integration with Apple apps like Contacts,Calendar, Mail and Reminder would be very productive. I know this isn't easy because of Apple's security restrictions, however I dont trust many web apps because of their insecurity.

iPad app please!
It would be nice to see a full work flow space on the iPad app so I can easily sync between devices utilizing my recordings.

Feature request: Microsoft To Do integration for HeyPocket
Hi HeyPocket team, I would like to submit a feature request for HeyPocket. It would be very useful if HeyPocket could integrate with Microsoft To Do. Many users, including myself, use Microsoft 365 and Microsoft To Do as their central task management system. A possible integration could include: Creating Microsoft To Do tasks directly from HeyPocket notes or summariesAutomatically converting action points into tasksChoosing a Microsoft To Do list during exportAdding due dates, reminders, and categoriesSyncing completed tasks back to HeyPocket, if possible This would make HeyPocket much more useful for work meetings, personal notes, voice notes, and follow-up actions. For users who already work in the Microsoft ecosystem, this integration would be a big improvement and could make HeyPocket part of their daily productivity workflow. Thank you for considering this request.

Let users say which folder a voice capture belongs to so Pocket saves it in the right place automatically.
I would love a feature where users can verbally tell Pocket which folder a recording or quick capture should go into. Automatic organization is useful, but sometimes I already know exactly where something belongs. In those moments, it would be helpful to say something like, “Add this to House Projects,” “Save this under Work,” “Put this in Reminders,” or “Add the following thought to my Content Ideas folder.” For example, while driving I could say, “Add this to Errands: pick up milk after work.” At work I could say, “Add this to Work Follow-Ups: check on the meeting at 10 AM.” At home I could say, “Add this to House Projects: look into a trellis with a dark green vine for the front yard.” Pocket would then save the capture directly into that folder instead of putting everything into one general recording feed. This would make the app feel more intentional and organized without requiring users to go back later and manually sort every note. The biggest benefit is that it combines voice capture with folder organization. Users can still capture thoughts quickly, but they also have a simple way to make sure the recording goes exactly where it belongs.

Add a homepage folder view so users can see all folders at once instead of only a jumbled “All Recordings” feed.
The issue I am having is that the homepage only shows an “All Recordings” section, so everything feels jumbled together. Even when recordings are categorized into folders, the homepage still does not feel organized because I have to click into each folder one by one to find categorized recordings. It would be helpful to have a dedicated folder view section directly on the homepage. That way, when users open the app, they can immediately see all of their folders at once instead of only seeing one long feed of recordings, insights, and copied versions mixed together. For example, if someone has folders like Work, Personal, Ideas, Meetings, Reminders, House Projects, or Daily Thoughts, those folders should be clearly visible from the home screen. The “All Recordings” feed can still exist, but users should also be able to switch to a cleaner folder-based view. This would make the app feel more organized, less cluttered, and easier to use long term. As users create more recordings, a folder view becomes important because it helps them quickly find what they need without scrolling through everything in one place.
