When I name or correct a speaker, Pocket should remember that person and recognize them in future recordings, not start with fresh unnamed labels each time. This would save repeated manual tagging and make transcripts, summaries, and speaker search more consistent. Please let users review, edit, and remove saved voice identities.

You know that moment. It's 9pm, the room is dim, you open Pocket on your laptop to review a transcript, and the screen hits you like a flashlight. For those of us with light sensitivity, that's not an annoyance. That's the moment we close the app. A year ago I asked for Dark Mode on the Pocket app. 138 of you voted. The team listened, and it shipped on iOS. That's proof this board works. Your vote here is not a wish. It's a signal the team actually reads. Notes you're cleaning up before they go to a client. It's the place we spend the most time in Pocket, and it's the only place we still don't get to choose how it looks. We have Dark Mode in our pocket and lose it the second we sit down at a desk. And it's not just a light sensitivity issue. Late night catch-up. A dim office. A long day where your eyes are already done. Every serious productivity tool gives you this choice. Pocket desktop should too. The ask: Light, Dark, and Follow System, consistent across recordings, transcripts, notes, search, and settings. If Follow System takes longer, a simple Dark Mode toggle is a great first step. Most of my meetings are virtual and I'm wearing a headset. This makes pocket way less useful for me as it's unable to record meetings that are not happening live or if it cannot hear the other people speak. A pocket app that can listen in on meetings or be able to import transcripts would be awesome

Add a "note to myself mode". Activated for example with push+hold of recording button. The idea is that i can make notes to myself through the day and at the end get one summary with resulting tasks instead of multiple recordings with only myself.

Can we get an option to buy a lifetime subscription at a deal to pocket pro as early adopters? I see value in the upgrade but hate having subscription fees. Many other products I have used had the lifetime option and got all the features on their device and devices they upgraded to later. Let’s go for premium so we can refer even more to the service and device!!

Right now, when you sync, there's a button you click to generate a summary and a pop-up happens asking you to choose a template. I feel like here it should also have you label the speakers, so that when it's summarizing it will summarize with names instead of "speaker 3". In order to change it from "speaker 3" to "john" you have to go into the transcript and tap on them. It would make a lot more sense to be able to access the speaker labeling functions quicker and easier.

It would be really awesome if we could configure an access point for pocket to connect to (e.g., your home’s wireless router) for auto syncing to pocket cloud instead of directly to your phone via the app. This would be significantly easier, faster, and additionally an option to have it always sync or on while charging would be incredible! Yeah, battery life would probably take a hit but worth it in my opinion. I saw other idea posts here but they seemed to just be talking about connecting the device to the mobile app via WiFi and NOT the pocket device itself connecting to an access point. Unless I’m missing some aspect of security or hardware limitations, this seems like it would benefit a lot of pocket users who aren’t around their phone all day.

Unintentionally recorded conversations when device is in my pocket. Would like the option to 'lock' it to avoid that.

Feature Add a Dark Mode option to the Pocket Desktop application, similar to the dark mode that is already available in the Pocket mobile application. Description The Pocket mobile app already supports Dark Mode, but the Desktop app currently does not offer the same option. Adding Dark Mode to the Desktop experience would provide a more consistent experience across devices and improve usability, especially for users who spend extended periods working with Pocket recordings and transcripts. Why this would be helpful Reduced eye strain: A darker interface can be more comfortable when using Pocket for long periods, particularly in low-light environments.Better consistency across devices: Users who have enabled Dark Mode on their phone would have the same visual experience when switching to the Desktop app.Improved nighttime usability: Dark Mode is particularly useful when reviewing recordings, transcripts, notes, or other content in the evening without a bright white interface.Better integration with system preferences: Ideally, the Desktop app could support Light / Dark / System Default, automatically following the user's operating-system appearance setting.Improved accessibility and personalization: Giving users control over the interface theme allows them to choose the display mode that best fits their environment and visual preferences. Since Dark Mode is already available in the Pocket mobile application, the existing design language could potentially be reused to maintain visual consistency between the mobile and Desktop experiences. Expected benefit This would be a relatively small UX improvement that brings the Desktop app closer to feature parity with the mobile application while making Pocket more comfortable for extended daily use.

I'd love to have a way to easily find conversations that haven't been assigned to a folder or given any tags yet. As the number of recordings grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep track of which conversations have been organised and which still need attention. A simple filter in the conversation list, such as "No folder" or "Untagged", would make it much easier to identify and organise these recordings. Ideally, I'd like to be able to filter by: Conversations not assigned to any folderConversations without any tagsConversations with neither a folder nor tags This would be especially useful for people who regularly record conversations and use folders and tags to keep everything organised.

It would be helpful to be able locate it if misplaced, or to be notified if you leave the device behind. Find My app for iPhone would be really helpful for all Apple Users.

It’s possible to bump the record button or even click to record and then change your mind and cancel before any content is recorded. The system still processes and saves this. It would be good to have a setting that automatically deletes this if no content was recorded or a recording is less than “0” seconds long. For future hardware, it might be good to have a toggle lock to avoided accidental button presses.

I want to have Pocket automatically add things to my calendar and learn what things I want and don't want added. For example, if I just finish a meeting and there are ToDo's, I want them to show up automagically on my calendar. I want to be able to select when they should show up, i.e., immediately, tonight, tomorrow, select a time, etc. Another example, as simple as "Siri (Alexa, etc) remind me to call Mark tomorrow at 9am and discuss xxxx". I want this to happen automagically
